Insurance broker operating system
Run your whole brokerage from one register.
BrokerageLoop takes the broker lifecycle — lead, quote, bind, policy, endorsement, renewal, claim, collection, commission, reconciliation and counterparty statements — and runs it in one bilingual system, with an append-only audit trail on every change.
- Hosted on Microsoft Azure, UAE North
- 11 role bundles, deny-by-default
- Arabic and English, RTL-first
- Built for brokerages in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon
- AI assistant that answers from your own book, inside your permissions
Verifiable, not asserted
A separate deployment per country, to meet each market’s residency rules. For brokerages in the UAE, no data leaves the UAE.
The platform was designed and built by one, not assembled from templates.
Enforced below the application, so one brokerage’s book is never reachable from another’s.
Invoices and payments push to Odoo, checked against a live instance rather than a spec.
What is BrokerageLoop?
BrokerageLoop is insurance brokerage management software: an operating system for insurance brokers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with Lebanon as its pilot market. It runs the whole broker lifecycle in one bilingual Arabic and English, right-to-left-first system — clients and leads, quotes, policies and endorsements, renewals, claims, collections, commissions, insurer-statement reconciliation, and statements of account for co-brokers, sub-brokers, insurers and clients — with an append-only audit trail on every change. It is built on Microsoft Azure.
The broker lifecycle
Every stage of the book, in one register.
Clients, contacts, leads, insurer panel, product catalogue, quotes and policies in one system — the full lifecycle from first contact to closed claim, without switching tools.

- Quote Rated across the insurer panel.
- Bind Cover confirmed, policy created.
In force

- Endorsement Mid-term changes, including term extensions.
- Renewal What's expiring, and what's been done.
- Claim A full lifecycle, reserves and payments.
Money

- Commission Four methods, splits, clawbacks.
- Reconciliation Insurer statements, exceptions in minutes.
- Counterparty statement What's owed, each way, on demand.
Everything the book needs
Twenty-nine modules. One system of record.
Built module by module against how a Middle East brokerage actually runs — not a generic CRM with insurance fields bolted on.

Core register & lifecycle
One register
Clients, contacts, leads, insurer panel, product catalogue, quotes and policies in one system.
Renewals
A renewal pipeline that shows what is expiring and what has been done about it, with follow-up tasks raised from the policy record.
Endorsements
Mid-term changes recorded as endorsements against the policy, including term extensions.
Claims
A claims queue with a full lifecycle, reserves and payments, rather than an inbox.

Documents attached to the record, with every view and download logged.

Policy schedule, endorsement note, commission note, instalment schedule and invoice — in English and Arabic, plus templated insurer emails.

Money, reconciliation & collections
Commissions
Commission register with four calculation methods, splits across producer, sub-broker and overrider, and clawback history.
Reversals
A correction never overwrites history. It creates a compensating entry that points at what it reverses.
Reconciliation
Upload the insurer's statement and see exceptions in minutes, with confidence-scored automated matching.
Bank reconciliation
Bank statements ingested and reconciled against recorded money movements.
Counterparty statements
A statement of account for any counterparty — client, insurer, introducer, agent or co-broker — on demand, showing what is owed each way, never netted.
Collections
A collections worklist with attempts, promises to pay, receipts and cheque handling.
Multi-currency
Each brokerage declares which currencies its book may use. Totals never silently mix currencies.
Payments & instalments
Instalment schedules on a policy, payment recording against each instalment, and instalment-due notifications.
Settlement
Insurer due statements and remittances, commission receivable, and counterparty settlement and participation.
Governance, audit & access
Compliance
Complaints register with acknowledgment SLAs, demands-and-needs assessments with a suitability statement, and a jurisdiction profile that turns these on per country.
Audit
An append-only audit trail on every change, with actor, timestamp and before-and-after state.
Tenant isolation
Each brokerage's data is isolated at the database level, not by application code alone.
Roles
Eleven role bundles, deny-by-default permissions, and separation of duties on money actions.
Bilingual
Arabic and English throughout, right-to-left first.
Bring your own database
Host the underlying data store yourself instead of BrokerageLoop's shared multi-tenant database, when your data residency requirements call for it.
Analytics & operations
Analytics
Portfolio, production, collection, turnover and claims analytics, with drill-through to the underlying records.
Year-end pack
A year-end pack for your accountant: seven registers as files they can work from.
Accounting integration
Push your invoices and payments to your accounting system — Odoo today — verified against a live instance.
Dashboards
The book in one screen, scoped to what each person is allowed to see.
Registers
Filterable, exportable registers for clients, policies, payments, commissions, claims, endorsements, instalments, field receipts and document deliveries, with saved views.
Tasks & inbox
Tasks attached to any record, assigned to a person, with an in-app inbox that surfaces what has landed on you.
Notifications
Notification templates in Arabic and English, with recipient resolution and scheduling, delivered to your team in-app and by email — expiries, instalments due, claim updates, task and complaint assignment.
The shape of it
What you are actually getting.
Every one of them built for a brokerage, not adapted from a generic CRM.
Deny-by-default, with separation of duties enforced on money actions.
Splits across producer, sub-broker and overrider, with clawback history.
Client, insurer, introducer, agent and co-broker — each with a statement.
Arabic and English, both first-class rather than one translated into the other.
Each market runs on its own deployment, so a brokerage’s records stay in the market they belong to.

Frequently asked questions
What is BrokerageLoop?
An operating system for insurance brokerages. It runs the broker lifecycle — lead, quote, bind, policy, endorsement, renewal, claim, collection, commission, reconciliation and counterparty statements — in one bilingual, audited system, on the web and on mobile.
Who is BrokerageLoop for?
Insurance brokerages in the Middle East that today run their book across spreadsheets, insurers’ portals or older software, and want one register for the whole lifecycle — including brokerages where co-broker and sub-broker business is a large share of the book.
Which markets does BrokerageLoop serve?
The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia are commercial markets; Lebanon is the pilot. Lebanese and Emirati regulatory behaviour is modelled as configuration, so the same product enforces different rules in different markets.
Is BrokerageLoop available in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic and English throughout, right-to-left first — not a translation bolted onto a left-to-right design. Policy schedules, endorsement notes, commission notes, instalment schedules and invoices are generated in both languages.
Where is BrokerageLoop hosted?
BrokerageLoop is built on Microsoft Azure and runs a separate deployment per country. A brokerage with its own data-residency requirements can host the underlying database itself. Where records are held is set out in the privacy policy.
What does BrokerageLoop integrate with?
Accounting: invoices and payments push to Odoo, verified against a live instance — BrokerageLoop does not replace your general ledger. AI: a brokerage can connect BrokerageLoop to Claude or ChatGPT through a secure connector, and every AI action is written to the same audit trail as a human one.
How much does BrokerageLoop cost?
Pricing is not published on this site. Ask for it when you request a demo.
How do I get a demo?
Request one on the demo page. Tell us about your brokerage and we will arrange a walkthrough with our team, in English or Arabic.
